Frostbite Towers dont seem to slow enemies

cannot unequip relics
I can move relics from one slot to another on a hero. I can also equip and unequip shards from a relic, but I cannot unequip a relic so that it goes back into inventory.

Zapper no longer showing up in CT7

360 no scope passive on GunWitch does not stack.
You should be able to get a max of 40% extra crit dmg from the passive but it only gives you 10% from 1 item not stacking.
