Combined Power shard typo
The Combined Power shard misspells the word "receive" as "recieve"

PDT and Ascension Level
The PDT  has 0 ATK DMG without any Relic or Ascension Level and the ATK DMG doesn't get higher with Defense Power. The "Poison Dart Tower Damage" Ascension Points should increase the Defense Power by 20 per Point, instead of that it only increase the ATK DMG ...

Fire For Effect
The Fire For Effect shard does not appear to function. Tested on dummy, and with full upgrades (25% chance to detonate twice without consuming charge) have not seen a second detonation in nearly 100 explosions.

Sandstorm Warrior shard infinite stacking
The sandstorm warrior shard presumably infinitely stacks the hero damage increase. Might be hard to use in an actual defense but could be possible. Screenshot of damage and dps values (bugging out) in tavern here.

Haunting shard from c1 pack
I just got a Haunting shard from a chaos one pack. According to the wiki and the other loot sources it should have been removed from the drop pool completely. http://imgur.com/a/dpehE

Crumbled Bulwak drop rate
The item drop rate on "Crumbled Bulwak" is broken since 19.4: Drop items since wave 1 (it shouldn't) + it drop at least 20 items per wave. Tested in Chaos 4.

Withering Fountain Shard does not reduce damage
Tested by having mobs hit myself and defenses and applying the fountain.  The withering fountain shard (enemies deal reduced damage in the fountain) does not currently reduce enemy damage at all.

Shards missing from bags after Spring Forward update. Slotted and slotted/equipped shards do not seem to be affected.

Lost my Free monk and mage skin
I redeemed my skins just after the update, but then the server went down and when he came back i lost my skins and i cannot redeem them again.
