The Oil Geyser slow is bugged
I added a slow +40% to the oil geyser, and it ended up with 18% (-22%). I think there is something wrong with the tower, or the stats are shown.

Wrong Message on Trials end of map Dialog box

Ascension points Sky Guard Tower Slow (utility tree)
