Kobold King Gold is Missing

Gun Witch Gear with defensive stats
Any item in the shops with defensive stats for a gun witch appears with no passives at all since she doesn't have any defensive items.

Cannot Scroll on Onslaught Map Select.
For me, as well as friends, the onslaught map selection area does not have a scroll bar and we cannot see past "Dragonfall Plaza" on the map select screen. There is no scroll bar to click on, and mouse wheel does not work.
