Mastery missions not loading (Windows)

Trying to load any Mastery difficulty mission on any map seems to time out. Any combination of mission/difficulty regarding Mastery has not loaded successfully and times out 100% of the time.
Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:

Pick Mastery

Pick any difficulty

Pick and Map

Watch request time out.

Expected Results: Map should load. "Session found" should show up on popup

We have identified the issue here and are currently working on a fix that should roll out within the next couple of updates.

It was fixed but now seems to be broken again. I was able to play some last night and today.

I failed a start so failed the map and then hit replay, not been able to play again since.

I can verify Mastery sessions are not working. Sessions are timing out again.
