Honestly doesn't seem to have much of a pattern, I just enter a map and it's bugged out.
When it does bug out though it seems to stick around for the next 2-4 maps / area transistions.

Expected Results: Talisman of Empowerment boosting towers damage by upwards of 7,000 times the normal instead of a ~30% increase.
