Step one: get 2 of each material needed for tinker.
Step Two: Tinker item and transfer over a mod, watch the materials.
Step Three: The materials shouldn't be consumed. (It still uses up the 200 medals listed however.)
Expected Results: I expected the materials required for the tinker to actually be consumed in the process. (Except the medals ofcourse, they we're still used.)
