When you open the war table, no mastery beyond chaos 1 is selectable.
This means you can't achieve more than 105 stars.

Steps for Bug Repro:
Open War Table > Select Mastery > Select any difficulty above chaos 1
Not that hard.
Expected Results: Annoyance and probably sadness that one cannot obtain the epic hyper shards.
