Difficult to move items from bag to bag. I can't drop the item into just any empty slot within a bag; I have to find an empty slot that meets some bug satisfying criteria. Sometimes the "correct" slot in a row down, sometimes it's multiple rows down and some number to the left or right.
Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:

1.  Pick up item in one bag

2.  Attempt to put item in other bag

3.  Click each and every empty bag slot until one registers

Expected Results: The item will take numerous tries before it is moved to the other bag. For me this is a 100% of the time problem.

Can confirm this happens on Xbox as well.

Is it because you have auto sort enabled? If you have auto sort enabled, if the empty space you choose is the one that has an item if you disable auto sort, then it will not transfer it even if it shows empty. I believe it is a bug because auto sort probably works as a view only rearrangement, and not an actual rearrangement of empty space. So in order to move it you would have to deselect auto sort.
