EV2 Proton beam not damaging dummy in tavern (Xbox One)
Proton beam not damaging dummy in tavern, cannot test dps.
Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:

Place proton beams in training dummy areas, through them so they are making contact. Watch as nothing happens. 

Expected Results: Make proton beam damage dummies.
