Charged Shot shard can be equipped on weapons it does not work on (Windows)
The Charged Shot shard only works for Apprentice, Huntress and EV weapons, however it can be equipped on others including GW guns and such.

Steps for Bug Repro:
1) Enter the Item Breakdown for a GW gun
2) equip a Charged Shot shard
Expected Results: It only works for EV+Huntress+Apprentice weapons, so should not work on anyone else's
