EV Buff Beam description in Hero Information says only Defense Power is increased, and forgets Def Crit Damage (Windows)
The Buff Beam description in the Hero Info screen says that the Buff Beam gives a percentage of the Buff Beam's Defense Power, but does not mention that it also buffs for a percentage of the Buff Beam's Defense Crit Damage. The monk boost aura correctly indicates that both are buffed

Steps for Bug Repro:
1) Go to the Hero Info Screen (Escape -> Create Hero), and view the EV's Buff Beam description
2) Note that it only mentions DP
3) Viewing the Buff Beam in action, you can see that it also does DCD
Expected Results: Description should indicate that the Buff Beam also boosts DCD
