Serpent God's Fury Shard (Windows)
Quite simply the shard in the title doesn't drop, 26 hours (No exaggeration included) of C1 runs and hadn't gotten it once. I've asked around and this seems to be an occurring phenomenon with plenty of others who are specifically farming it for dozens and dozens of runs. Simply looking for an official announcement on whether it has been disabled/removed or a look at whether it the drop rates for it have been bugged after the latest patch(s).

Steps for Bug Repro:
1. Open Chaos 1 Shard Pack
2. Repeat x 100
3. Receive no Serpent God's Fury
4. Spend 20 more hours trying to blame your bad luck.
Expected Results: Having a look at drop rates for the shard, also on a side note I've personally gotten a LOT (Possibly every 3rd shard from hundreds that I've opened) of Lavamancer shards (Molten Striker in particular). Maybe having a small look at all drop rates for shards might be a good idea if it is supposedly "RNG" it does not in fact seem that way.

So it turns out that shard is in an unreleased Chaos tier and is not currently obtainable in game. This was never accurately communicated to the community member that runs the dd2tools list. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and will attempt to get the various lists updated to be correct.
