Serpent's Coil has wrong attack speed (Windows)
The Defense Speed stat of the relic doesn't apply to Serpent's Coil. It always attacks once every 1s.
Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:
-Equip any relic with defense speed to the Serpent's Coil slot.
-The tooltip shows improvement to ATK rate but it actually is still 1s.
Expected Results: It should attack faster.
