Split Viper shard granting Constrictor-like effect.Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:
-Insert the Split Viper shard into a relic, and then equip the relic on the Sand Viper slot.
-The hero gains an unknown buff icon.
-It behaves like the Constrictor shard effect.
Expected Results: This effect should not exist.

It is as FatCat says. Pretty easy to reproduce:
- Have a Mystic selected without a constrictor shard
- equip the "split viper shard" to an relic in the Sandviper defense slot
- notice the constrictor buff appeared under her HP on the top left
It's pretty much 100% reproducable.
