Rebinding chat key incorrectly opens chat when typing elsewhere. (Windows)
Rebound my chat key to 'T' and now when I try to write up a name for my game sessions, chat opens when I press 'T' instead of actually typing it into the session name.

Steps for Bug Repro:
Rebind chat window to 'T', type a game session name that uses 'T'.
Expected Results: Not opening the chat.
