Dark Torment's damage over time scales incorrectly (Windows)
The Mystic's ability Dark Torment has a damage over time portion which scales inversely with Hero Damage, but only when it crits. To reproduce, equip as much Crit Damage and as little Hero Damage as you possibly can and watch the crazy high numbers tick.

Additionally, the damage over time portion (crit or not) does not scale with the Tormented Power shard, which may or may not be intentional. Only the initial hit receives the benefit of the shard.
