The Mystic's Dark Ritual Blade is hard coded to always drop with Hero Critical Chance & Chaos Incentive. On the Devstream on October 21st, Daniel Haddad said this had to happen because the Mystic wasn't released yet at the time and after the Mystic's release it should have been updated to drop with other passives. Please fix it.
