While using the apprentice as an active hero, the flame towers will stop attacking. They will still have the attack animation on a target near them within range, but deal no damage. This will happen randomly and not on every wave. It has happened when towers target bosses, and normal mobs. One way to fix this is to switch heroes then the towers will start dealing damage again to their target.
